Meet Nikaury Guzman, DMD, MS

Born and raised in Puerto Rico—the Island of Enchantment, a Caribbean island—Dr. Nikaury Guzman brings both expertise and heart to every smile she creates. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, along with her Master’s and specialty training in Orthodontics, from the University of Puerto Rico.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Guzman believes orthodontics is about more than straight teeth—it’s about confidence, self-expression, and life-changing transformations.

Her passion for orthodontics began in her teenage years when Dr. Guzman experienced the life-changing power of orthodontic treatment firsthand. As her smile transformed, so did her confidence—awakening a deep purpose to inspire others and help them discover the self-assurance that comes from a healthy, confident smile.

Dr. Guzman is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is always striving to grow in her career. She actively keeps up with the latest advancements and technologies in orthodontics and dentistry to provide the highest level of care.

Her favorite part of the job? Being there for the before, the after, and every milestone in between. Known for her warmth and genuine empathy, she creates a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, comfortable, and cared for—always with the signature smile that defines her.
