Born and raised in California, Joanna chose the four-season lifestyle when she moved to Michigan in 2018. With a diverse background in management and customer service, Joanna coordinates patient care and information at our Rochester Hills location to make scheduling appointments a breeze. Her top priority is spending time with her wonderful son and planning beautiful vacations to enjoy their time together. She also enjoys fishing, frequenting concerts, and taking long road trips with friends.

With extensive management and customer service background, Katrina serves our patients as an information liaison. Equipped with a thorough understanding of orthodontics, she answers all questions regarding treatment plans. She works with our patient’s insurance information to provide costs and offer financing options and payment plans. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, Jack, Charlie, and Sosa.

Always the office comedian, Megan enjoys bringing laughs and smiles to everyone around her. As a Certified Dental Assistant and our Lead Assistant at the Rochester Hills location, Megan helps guide our clinical team in championing the day. She enjoys painting, building birdhouses, gardening, movies, and walking in nature. She frequently hosts private concerts promptly every morning and evening on her way to and from work!

Liliana earned her dental degree in Venezuela from the University of Carabobo in 2002; then, she practiced dentistry for about four years. Shortly after, she moved to America with her husband and became a certified Dental Assistant. Later she transitioned into orthodontics, where she loves transforming smiles and delivering excellent patient care. When she’s not working or spending time with her husband and three children, she enjoys baking, exploring horticulture, and weightlifting.

With experience as a trained Dental Assistant and Lab Manager, Dez creates retainers through 3D printing technology, coordinates lab cases, and helps to create orthopedic appliances to help support our patient’s treatment goals, including those using Invisalign in Rochester Hills. Outside work, she spends her time reading, painting, watching movies with friends and family, and taking long walks with her pup, Winter. Can you guess her favorite season?

After working in the dental field as a Treatment Coordinator for three years, she now works to provide publication services to Daia Orthodontics & TMJ Orthopedics. While off the clock, she enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, writing, exploring interior design, and spending time with her family and wonderful partner, Cody.

Her colorful experience with event coordination and coaching lends itself perfectly in facilitating communication and patient care. She is a makeup and anime fanatic, and enjoys weight training in her free time.
